985、211及民航类本科及以上学历；飞行器设计、流体力学、空气动力学等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验；

Bachelor’s degree or above from a 985/211 university or in civil aviation disciplines; major in aircraft design, fluid mechanics, aerodynamics, or other related fields; with more than 3 years of relevant work experience；

具有直升机实际研发经验，了解直升机气动特性及设计方法优先；

Practical experience in helicopter research and development, with knowledge of helicopter aerodynamic characteristics and design methods is preferred;

熟悉空气动力学理论与动力学系统建模，具备智能算法开发及数据分析处理等能力。了解旋翼及螺旋桨的空气动力学设计分析方法，能够根据总体要求完成仿真设计；

Familiar with aerodynamics theory and dynamic system modeling, with capabilities in intelligent algorithm development and data analysis. Knowledgeable in aerodynamic design and analysis methods for rotors and propellers, and able to carry out simulation design based on overall requirements;

至少掌握一款主流的CFD计算分析软件(fluent/CFX/starccm+等)，了解其他气动设计分析工具(xfoil/AVL/tornado/openvsp/Qprop等)，能够使用CAD设计工具进行简单建模，具有一定的科学计算编程能力(python/matlab)；

Proficient in at least one mainstream CFD analysis software (Fluent/CFX/STAR-CCM+); familiar with other aerodynamic design and analysis tools (XFOIL/AVL/Tornado/OpenVSP/QProp); capable of using CAD design tools for basic modeling; and equipped with scientific computing and programming skills (Python/MATLAB);

熟练掌握C/C++编程语言以及MATLAB等数学计算软件，有直升机旋翼气动仿真经验；

Proficient in C/C++ programming languages and mathematical computing software such as MATLAB, with experience in helicopter rotor aerodynamic simulation;

具备良好的沟通交流能力及团队合作意识。

任职要求 Job Requirements：

有直升机旋翼飞控仿真经验优先；

Experience in helicopter rotor flight control simulation is preferred；
